We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and payment details when you sign up for our services. We also collect call recordings and transcripts as part of delivering our AI receptionist service, with your consent.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process billing, communicate with you about your account, and train our AI systems to better serve your business. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Calls handled by FLOOW AGENTS may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and service delivery. Your customers are notified of recording at the start of each call in compliance with applicable laws. Call data is used solely to deliver and improve your AI receptionist service.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect data in transit and at rest. Access to your business data is restricted to authorized FLOOW AGENTS personnel on a need-to-know basis.
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days following cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Call recordings are retained for 12 months by default unless you request earlier deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@floowagents.com. We will respond within 30 days.
