By signing up for FLOOW AGENTS services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
FLOOW AGENTS provides AI-powered voice receptionist, SMS messaging, scheduling, and reporting services. Service availability is subject to your subscription plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Beta pricing is offered to our first 100 clients and locks in for the life of your subscription, provided you maintain continuous enrollment. If your subscription lapses for more than 30 days, beta pricing cannot be reinstated.
You agree not to use FLOOW AGENTS for illegal purposes, harassment, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
FLOOW AGENTS is not liable for lost revenue or missed calls resulting from service outages, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 30 days.
We may update these terms with 30 days advance notice sent to your registered email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
